At Takimoto Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd., we handle machining of heat-resistant plastic resin, PEEK, from material processing to all machining processes. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, insulators often require thin-walled machining, which can be challenging, and materials that can withstand electrolytes are selected. PEEK is one of the super engineering plastics and is often used when current materials do not meet satisfaction, mainly due to its high heat resistance and chemical resistance. However, because it is a high-performance material, the price is also quite high. Using machining (Mori Seiki) and NC lathe processing (Okuma), if there is a delay in clamping or positioning, we utilize both NC machines for processing. By maintaining a "rich inventory" of materials, we can respond even when material manufacturers are unable to ship. Interestingly, we strive to reduce the defect rate through inspections to address the often unnoticed difficulties in handling, ultimately meeting your requests. In recent years, while users have shown increased interest in plastic resins, there seems to be a gap in knowledge, and we will work to bridge that gap.

For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, rollers often have relatively simple shapes, and those with cutouts tend to be more expensive. In cases of additional processing, jigs are often required. We will perform additional processing based on the specified manufacturer and model, rather than using molded products. We also accommodate additional processing for other products and can handle everything from parts procurement after processing to assembly. NC lathe processing (Okuma) often involves processing R shapes that do not have standard products in small lots through NC processing, and unlike general-purpose machines, there are no tool costs involved. We can flexibly accommodate your company's payment terms, direct shipping, and custom-made products based on actual items.
